Brussels, 04 July 2002
Two events at the end of the year will look at how to get women more involved in EU funded research projects.
Organised by the Centre of excellence for women, in collaboration with Hyperion and EARMA (European association of research managers and administrators), the events will start in Bonn on 17 and 18 of October and finish in Brussels on 14 and 15 November. The first event will cover 'how to write a competitive proposal for EU R&D [research and development] programmes' and 'how to negotiate, manage, administer and finish EU R&D contracts'.
The second event will look at 'how to write a technology implementation plan' and 'women in science', and will include a visit to the European Commission.
