A study examining trends in journals pricing between 2000 and 2006 has been released by the Library and Information Statistics Unit, based at Loughborough University. The report updates data from a study conducted in 2004. Median price increases range from 42 per cent to 104 per cent for biomedical titles, and 47 per cent to 120 per cent for social science titles.
