(Photograph) - In the University of Exeter library, drama student Victoria Heath tries out the latest voice technology. Students can dictate essays, surf the Internet without using a keyboard, or get a book from the library and have the computer read it to them. The system is particularly useful for people with little or no sight, or who have difficulties using their hands.
