Joint projects guidance

A NEW guide for universities and businesses embarking on joint research projects will be launched next week to help promote best practice.

AURIL, the Association for University Research Industry and Links, and the Inter-Company Academic Relations Group of the Confederation of British Industry have joined forces to produce the new guide, which they say is the first jointly produced by both sides of the partnership. It includes details on collaboration, setting up partnerships and managing such collaborations. The guide, available from CBI Publications, costs Pounds 15.
