Organised by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (knowledge assessment methodologies sector), the KAM Fall School will take place in Ispra, Italy, from 7 to 11 November.
The Fall School will present state-of-the-art tools and methods to address policy related knowledge in extended decision-making processes. Lectures by experts will cover methodologies for engaging a wide range of social actors and dealing explicitly with complexity, uncertainty, values and framings.
The target audience of the KAM Fall School includes policy makers, administrators, practitioners and stakeholders in socio-political issues in which techno-sciences are involved (environment, consumer and health, transport and energy, etc.).
