A team of researchers from Keele University has helped to referee a chocolate taste test to determine whether the UK's Cadbury's chocolate or its US rival Hershey's is preferred by the public. The Keele team was chosen because it had been analysing the texture and composition of the chocolate bars in an unrelated project. In the taste test organised by the Royal Society of Chemistry, the winning chocolate proved to be Cadbury's.
