Kennedy mission

Helena Kennedy QC, chancellor of Oxford Brookes University, is to chair a new Further Education Funding Council committee looking at ways of widening recruitment to further education and training. During its two-year life-span the committee, involving principals and employers, will also consider why some students drop out and recommend how participation can be improved.
