Government should record fee-related expulsions
A national record should be kept of the number of students kicked off courses for failing to pay tuition fees, National Union of Students official Lindsey Fidler told the House of Commons education select committee yesterday. She said a third of the students who are required to pay tuition fees received no parental contribution.
