Education charity the Sir John Cass Foundation is not happy. Apparently, London Guildhall University has not sufficiently consulted the foundation, which owns one of its buildings as well as being a benefactor, over plans to merge with the University of North London. A backlash may be on the way. A source said: "There's nothing in the lease agreement about introducing any third parties into the deal. We have a closer relationship with City University now anyway."
