The Government has unveiled plans to ensure the repayment of loans by students from all European Union countries who complete degree courses in the UK. Students will be committed to repay loans on completion of courses. UK graduates will repay loans when they earn more than £15,000 a year; the threshold for EU students will reflect conditions in their own countries.
