Its latest publication is a 100-page tome on Cleaning management in higher education - value for money study. And, at £15 a copy, it's cheaper than the official cover price for J. K. Rowling's 766-page tale. Moreover, the report promises a right riveting read as it "identifies the key management issues in developing and reviewing cleaning services in higher education institutions, to support continuous improvement and secure value for money".
