Manchester Metropolitan University has graduated its first cohort of Czech business students at a ceremony in Prague.
The students, from the Prague International Business School, have had their courses validated by MMU, one of three western schools who helped through the European Union Tempus programme to create the PIBS master in business administration. Also involved are Lancaster University and EADA, Barcelona.
The degrees were conferred in the 13th-century Convent of St Agnes, with Ivana Kocharina, Czech minister of finance and deputy prime minister, as the main speaker.
