The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council is to fund 38 short-course modules at masters level, which universities can offer to industrial engineers and technologists.
The funding, worth Pounds 379,000 in 1994/95, will pay for preparing courses, initial marketing and launch. The students (or their employers) will pay for the general running and delivery costs.
