A scientist jailed for 15 years on espionage charges has failed to win his freedom after the Russian supreme court dismissed an appeal.
Igor Sutyagin was convicted in April of selling a dossier of nuclear arms information to alleged CIA agents in London posing as British businessmen.
He had claimed the documents were exclusively drawn from published declassified sources.
