Napier University and Dundee College have signed an agreement allowing students taking higher national certificate and diploma courses to progress smoothly to degree programmes.
Napier's principal, John Mavor, said he was delighted that the two institutions would be working together in line with government recommendations that higher and further education institutions collaborate to widen access and increase opportunities for students.
"I see this agreement as being of great mutual value, leading not only to greater benefits for each of our organisations' students, but also to more opportunities for staff development and, particularly, the sharing of innovative teaching methods," he said.
