NatWest loan scheme targets 'professions'

NatWest has launched a new professional trainee loan scheme aimed specifically at students studying to enter one of the "professions", the bank said this week. Up to Pounds 15,000 will be available for UK students who are studying "professions" such as law, medicine and dentistry, NatWest said. Borrowers must be beyond their first year of study, and repayments start six months after graduation.
