Students who annoy their neighbours by playing loud music could be evicted from their homes under proposals in the Government's "respect"
agenda to clamp down on antisocial behaviour. The Home Office confirmed this week it was consulting on new powers to "seal" problem properties for up to three months and to house residents in local "sin bins".
