Academics are to turn their hand to advising house buyers and sellers. Experts in the School of Architecture, Design and the Built Environment at Nottingham Trent University will produce an online newsletter covering issues such as house prices and the possibility of a recovery in the market. It includes a "wine indicator", which calculates that the fall in average house prices since the peak of the market is equivalent to the price of about 11,500 bottles of wine.
