Proof-reading on the web

June 9, 2000

A literary website set up by Sheffield Hallam University gives proof-reading a new meaning.

Proof, a web-based creative writing magazine, is believed to be the first of its kind in this country.

Steve Earnshaw, who runs the university's MA writing course, said: "The aim in setting up Proof is to offer a quality creative writing journal for the web."

Proof will feature recognised writers alongside new writers.
