Students at Kent University displayed their radicalism last week, first by demonstrating outside the registry, then by occupying a senate building in a protest against changes to the exam timetable.
But their two-pronged attack was not exactly intentional. The original plan was to occupy the registry, which is the more centrally placed of the buildings. But the plan had to be abandoned, said a student spokesperson, because somebody else was using it.
