(Photograph) - Robert Senior of the University of Northumbria is one of the winners of this year's Royal Society of Arts student design awards thanks to his novel "phone-fob" alarm design. The alarm hangs around the neck and can be used by wearers, for instance the aged or infirm, to signal for assistance from a remote helper. Mr Senior wins an attachment with Yorkshire-based Tunstall, a leading international supplier of alarms and emergency communication equipment. Photograph by CARO COMM
