Researchers attack DFEE contracts

Education research leaders have accused the government of undermining the validity of their research into policy initiatives.

New research contracts from the Department for Education and Employment include a clause requiring researchers to submit early drafts of their reports so the department can provide "details of any amendments" that the contractor "shall" incorporate.
