Aldo Bernardini, a professor in international law at the University of Teramo, southern Italy, has sent telegrams to premier Massimo D'Alema and to university minister Ortensio Zecchino saying that he can no longer teach international law because of the Kosovo war. "Nato has effectively repealed essential points of international law and therefore the normal course can no longer be taught," he said. "I will be forced to teach another course that takes into account what has happened."
