Applications will be accepted from scientists, clinicians or health care workers in UK universities, medical schools, hospitals and some research institutions.
Project grants are available for a defined piece of work with objectives that can be achieved in the time specified. Applicants may be either holders of established posts in a university or research institution, who wish to apply for research support, or post-doctoral scientists whose personal salary forms part of the application.
