Scotland steams ahead

Scotland is leading the United Kingdom in its progress towards national education and training targets. The annual report from the Advisory Scottish Council for Education and Training Targets says that Scotland outperforms the rest of the UK, with per cent of the workforce having a professional grade qualification (level IV).
