Snubbed by St Andrews

St Andrews University has notched up another claim to exclusivity. It is the only institution in the United Kingdom to snub the e-university.

Some 70 universities, 17 directly funded schools and institutes of the University of London and 44 higher education colleges have signed up - but not St Andrews.

Moreover, it snubbed the Diary's request for a comment.
