Researchers at Oxford Brookes University are visiting the Millennium Dome to find out what the public really thinks of it. Members of the Consumer Satisfaction in Tourism research group are handing out questionnaires to 1,000 people returning home from the dome. They will be asked what they enjoyed, what has failed to live up to their expectations and whether they would recommend it. Finally they will be asked to sum up the experience in three words.
