At the annual conference of the Council for Higher Education Internal Auditors at Stirling University last week, part of one evening's formal entertainment included: "A talk about some Scottish malt whiskys and a chance for sampling as well." Delegate Kate Crichton of Edinburgh University's internal audit service played the bagpipes for the evening's entertainment.
