Technicians accept 3.5 per cent pay offer

Technicians' union MSF, which represents staff in pre-1992 universities, has accepted the employers' 3.5 per cent pay offer by a two-thirds majority. This means all support staff in old and new universities and higher education colleges have accepted this year's offer. The increases will be backdated to April and July, depending on group settlement dates.
