Science and technology-based universities from across Europe will meet in Lausanne, Switzerland, tomorrow to collaborate on entrepreneurship and innovation.
University staff working on technology transfer and the creation of spin-off companies will compare notes and exchange best practice at the meeting of the Cluster consortium of 11 institutions, which includes Imperial College, London, Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne, Technische Universiteit Eindhoven and Trinity College, Dublin.
The institutions will develop their response to the next stage of the Bologna process, which aims to create a qualifications framework for Europe.
