The University of Teesside has rebranded itself, changing its name to Teesside University and unveiling a new logo. Graham Henderson, vice-chancellor of the university, said the new name marked the changes it had undergone since becoming a university in 1992, including the trebling of student numbers. He said the new visual identity would make it easier to engage with business and other partners. "It will also help us to enhance our visibility nationally and internationally," he said.
