(Photograph) - Three times lucky: Ian Springford, an architecture student at Edinburgh College of Art, has won first, second and third prizes in the graduates' section of the international 1995 OASYS design awards. Mr Springford won first prize for designing a futuristic technology museum for Glasgow, second prize for a Buddhist retreat for Holy Island, and third prize for remodelling the facade of an Edinburgh city centre building.
