The fourth SME Technology Days conference will take place in Leeds, the UK, on 26 and September 2002.
The event in Leeds town hall, organised by Beta Technology Ltd in partnership with ANRT Europe and EG Liaison, aims to publicise and promote the European Commission's forthcoming Sixth Framework programme for research, FP6, and SME specific measures.
Attendants will be able to:
- obtain the latest information on FP6 from the European Commission;
- attend the first European SME Framework Award ceremony;
- network with organisations from throughout Europe;
- gain insight into the successes and experiences of European SMEs;
- participate in panel discussions;
- visit exhibition stands;
- display a poster about your European project.
The event will include presentations from Research Commissioner Philippe Busquin, the UK parliamentary under-secretary of state for science and innovation, Lord Sainsbury, and representatives of the Danish Presidency of the EU.
