A university campus has been chosen to host the British Paralympic team's preparations in the build-up to the London 2012 Paralympic Games. ParalympicsGB's athletes, coaches and support staff will attend training camps at the University of Bath's Claverton campus between now and the event, as well as in the immediate run-up to the games. Bath was chosen from eight competing venues on the strength of its sports facilities, accommodation and catering. Glynis Breakwell, vice-chancellor of Bath, said: "From the moment London's bid to host 2012 was successful, we have been committed to making a meaningful contribution to supporting British athletes."
