Breakfast skippers are being sought for a research project that hopes to establish whether avoiding the first meal of the day really is bad for your health. A team from the University of Bath's School for Health has been awarded almost £500,000 to investigate whether missing breakfast can lead to weight gain and other health problems. Project leader Judith Richardson, from Bath's Human Physiology Research Group, said the team was looking for up to 70 men and women to take part.
