An agreement has been signed that will enable Malaysian athletes to train at the University of Bath in the run-up to both the 2012 Olympic Games and 2014 Commonwealth Games. The memorandum of understanding was signed with the Malaysian government through the National Sports Institute of Malaysia in a ceremony at Bath's Sports Training Village. The reciprocal arrangement also means that some Bath-based athletes could have the opportunity to train in Malaysia.
