The student support and guidance and careers and employability departments at the University of Chester have been graded "world class" by an international assessor. The university said the five-star ranking from the British Quality Foundation, part of the European Foundation for Quality Management, was a first for UK universities. The top ranking followed a three-day assessment during which staff, leadership and internal processes were examined.
