Political scientists at the University of Exeter have teamed up with experts at the University of Amsterdam to analyse voter apathy towards the European elections. The European Parliament is the sole institution within the European Union that is directly elected by the people. The researchers will assess party manifestos and media coverage of the recent elections, as well as conducting surveys of MEP candidates.
