A new research centre will examine the relationship between food, obesity and disease. The Humberside Obesity, Nutrition, Education and Innovation Centre at the University of Hull is the first of its kind in the UK. Its aim is to link the interdisciplinary expertise of Hull's researchers with the needs of industry.
