Governors at the University of Strathclyde have approved a £350 million redevelopment plan for the provision of new campus facilities over the next 15 years. The proposed development includes four "academic quarters" to allow staff from engineering, business, science and the humanities to collaborate more closely. A new sports centre, student services headquarters and space for the Students' Association also form part of the project.
