An overseas school for gifted youth is to be hosted by the University of Warwick this year, it has been announced. The winter school, which will last a week and a half, will take place in December in Singapore, and will be attended by 110 young people aged 11-19. A university spokesman said interest in the scheme had been so strong that it had been launched a year earlier than originally planned. It is being organised in partnership with the National University of Singapore High School of Maths and Science.
