A Conference on international cooperation in standardisation will take place in Brussels, Belgium, on 14 October.
Organised by the Enterprise and Industry Directorate-General of the European Commission to coincide with World Standards Day, this conference focuses on the benefits and the challenges that international standardisation and cooperation in this domain bring to open markets and industry growth for the benefit of citizens.
The event will bring together high-level policy makers, standardisation experts and industry members from Europe and abroad. Participants are invited to share their personal experience and to challenge traditional policy responses.
