About Cavendish University (Uganda)

Established in 2008, Cavendish University is a private university located in Uganda.

The university has three campuses: the Seyani Nsambya Campus, Acacia Law Campus, as well as the Kingsgate Campus.

Across its four faculties of law, science and technology, business and management, and socio-economic sciences, Cavendish students have a wide-range of courses to choose from. Cavendish supports a blended learning programme through its artificially intelligent platform, case studies, distance learning, and functional learning forms.

In addition to its undergraduate and postgraduate degree programmes, the university offers certificate and diploma courses in a range of disciplines.

Students at Cavendish come from over 47 countries across the world.

The university has a UN Student Club. There is a wide range of student clubs, associations, and competitive sports teams for students to develop their skills and meet new students.

Cavendish University also holds an annual Cultural Gala, filled with performances, culture, music, and food from the different nationalities that make up the university’s staff and student population.
