About the position

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Networks and Facilities, this position is instrumental in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the network infrastructure. The Senior Network Engineer provides expert technical leadership, oversees network engineering projects, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to advance the university's technological capabilities.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:


	A degree with substantial extension of the theories and principles, learned through experience; or a range of management experience; or postgraduate qualifications, or progress towards postgraduate qualifications with extensive relevant experience; or an equivalent alternate combination of relevant knowledge, training and/or experience.
	A solid understanding of modern enterprise network architecture principles, including designing, configuring, and optimising network topologies to meet organisational requirements.
	Technical expertise and leadership to design, implement, and optimise Cisco SDN solutions that meet the university's requirements and objectives.
	Collaboration and teamwork to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to university-wide initiatives in SDN and network infrastructure.

Key responsibilities


	Facilitate the collection and preparation of documentation required to confirm local capacity, obtain R&D theme lead approvals, collate regulatory approvals needed to instigate clinical trials 
	Facilitate the collection of local and regulatory approvals required for the      review and implementation of amendments 
	Provide comprehensive advice to external and internal parties for the conduct  of clinical trials  across the partner organisations. 
	To assist in maintaining the records of the clinical trials portfolios of the partner organisations including the EDGE system and ensuring information added is quality checked 
	To ensure that trials metrics are collected to permit tracking of milestones. 
	To assist in the archiving of clinical trials documentation to meet prevailing regulatory requirements. 
	To maintain a working knowledge of prevailing regulations, guidance, best   practices and GCP standards regarding the conduct of clinical trials 
	To ensure confidentiality of commercially sensitive information and that data protection imperatives are respected 


The above list of responsibilities may not be exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks and responsibilities as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post. 

This is a full time post (35 Hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

The Department is now inviting applications for the post of Associate Professor / Assistant Professor. The appointee is expected to contribute to high quality research, teaching, and service.

General Requirements

Candidates should have a PhD degree in Accountancy. For appointment as Associate Professor, candidates should have at leave five years of relevant experience and a sound track record in research and scholarly activities. For appointment as Assistant Professor, candidates should have relevant teaching experience, a good research record and must demonstrate good potential in publishing high-quality papers. Top-tier publications and successful GRF applications will be advantages.

Lingnan University pursues excellence in both teaching and research. The appointee is expected to apply for external competitive grants, and commit to teaching excellence and active services to the Department, the Faculty, and the University. Applicants are required to provide information on their work experience, qualifications, research records, and evidence of quality teaching. Appointment

The conditions of appointment will be competitive. The rank and remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The new Director will support the Executive Dean and College Executive Committee in effective planning, decision-making, and identification of strategic opportunities. They will have the opportunity to oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans, ensuring these align with the wider University strategies and planning cycles. We’re looking for candidates with substantial administrative experience and understanding of administrative policy and practice, preferably within the Higher Education sector. Candidates will have ability to successfully undertake the management of significant and complex projects and will be required to complete a coaching and mentoring qualification (if not already completed).

About the Role

The Melbourne School of Psychological Sciences is seeking Senior Tutors to support the delivery of its undergraduate psychology program, working closely with Subject Coordinators to ensure high-quality teaching and an engaging student experience. Senior Tutors will lead groups of tutors, assist with subject coordination, and create optimal lab class learning environments while contributing to subject delivery and assessment. This role offers an opportunity to work within a values-driven, innovative academic community committed to collaboration, respect, and excellence in research and teaching.

Your responsibilities will include:


	Teaching and marking and associated academic activities (tutorial preparation and administration) within undergraduate subjects
	Double marking of assignments receiving an N grade
	Preparation for and management of the tutor briefings in consultation with the relevant lecturer


Who We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication, organisational, and planning skills, coupled with a collaborative approach to working with staff and students. They are adaptable, receptive to guidance, and proficient with technology and systems essential for academic and administrative tasks.

You will also have:


	An Honours level degree in psychology and enrolment in or completed a postgraduate qualification in Psychology.
	Excellent oral and written communication skills.
	Excellent organisational and planning skills.
