Established in 1969, the Mountain Province State Polytechnic College is the only public institution of higher learning in the Mountain Province, Philippines.
The college offers advanced professional, technical, and specialised instruction across various disciplines and is committed to research and community extension services. Programmes are available in political science, accountancy, business administration, criminology, education, hospitality management, information technology, nursing, office administration and tourism management.
The institution has three campuses: the Bontoc Campus (college of arts and sciences), the Tadian Campus (college of engineering and technology), and the Paracelis Campus (offering agricultural programmes).
The college serves over 5,000 students per semester and provides opportunities for athletic engagement and international exposure.
It also has partnerships with local industries, government agencies, and international organisations.
