United States International University - Africa, commonly referred to as USIU Africa, is a private university located in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya, Africa.

It was initially established in 1969 as the Nairobi Campus of United States International University. In 1999 it was established as a separate university under its current name.

The university offers undergraduate, graduate and doctoral courses in a wide range of subjects through its five major schools: The Chandaria School of Business, The School of Science and Technology, The School of Humanities and Social Sciences, The School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and The School of Graduate Studies, Research and Extension.

USIU is a diverse academic institution that hosts students from 130 countries and has wide range of research partnerships with leading institutions across the world.

Some of the initiatives at the university includes the Global Agribusiness Management and Entrepreneurship (GAME) and the Development Partnerships in Higher Education (DELPHE). The university has partnerships with a number of global organisation including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

The university has a large campus located in the Roysambu neighbourhood which includes all sorts of amenities like the cafeterias, playgrounds, sports facilities, libraries and research centres. There are a number of student clubs and organisations and support is offered to students with disabilities. The school also offers assistance to students looking for employment through its Student Employment Office.
