The University of Asia and the Pacific is a private, non-profit higher education university in Pasig City,in the Philippines.

It was established in 1967, offering economics and management graduate courses. It was granted its university status in 1995.

The university has since expanded to include seven schools: arts and science, communication, economics, education, law and governance, management, and sciences and engineering.

The University of Asia and the Pacific pride themselves on their liberal education, mentoring, small class sizes and small teacher-to-student ratio, to give the students the highest quality education.

Student life is lively, from arts and culture to sports and athletics. The Center for Student Affairs’ Kultura Desk ensures that the arts and culture scene is vibrant for students to enjoy, offering choral ensemble, rock opera, dance, film and production clubs to join.

The school’s Varsity Development Program allows students to build leadership skills, make friends and excel in their chosen sport. They have varsity teams in basketball, futsal, volleyball, cheerleading and powerlifting. The whole university can take part in the Unitas games, a one day event where different schools at the university compete against each other.

The university is keen to involve students in the local community, helping to build their skills for life after education and make a positive impact on those around them. The Catalyst organisation is an outreach and advocacy programme, offering students the opportunity to take part in community projects, helping those most in need.

Pasig City has a variety of cultural and historical attractions available to students. For example, students can explore local crafts and cuisines at markets such as the Greenfield Weekend market. Historical sites include the Pasig City Museum, and the Conception Cathedral are also good attractions for students to explore.
