Virgen Milagrosa University Foundation, established in 1951 in Pangasinan, Philippines, by Dr. Martin P. Posadas and Dra. Rosalina Quebral, has grown from a medical and dental clinic into a comprehensive educational institution in 1994.

The university offers programmes in medicine, law, dentistry, veterinary medicine, arts and sciences, business administration and accountancy, information and computer sciences, education, engineering, hospitality management, medical laboratory science, midwifery, health care services and caregiving, nursing, pharmacy, physical therapy, radiological technology and education.
